Affiliate Program Policy
PixicAI offers an Affiliate Program subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Affiliate Program is open to individuals and entities that meet our eligibility criteria. 1.2. Applicants must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement. 1.3. PixicAI reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
2.1. Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link. 2.2. Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes and fees. 2.3. PixicAI reserves the right to modify the commission rate with prior notice to affiliates.
3. Tracking and Reporting
3.1. Each affiliate will be provided with a unique tracking link to monitor referrals and sales. 3.2. Affiliates can access real-time reports on their performance through our affiliate dashboard. 3.3. It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure their tracking link is used correctly for all referrals.
4. Payout Policy
4.1. The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. 4.2. Payouts are processed on-demand when requested by the affiliate, provided the minimum threshold has been reached. 4.3. Available payout methods include: a) Bank transfer b) PayPal 4.4. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. 4.5. Any fees associated with the chosen payout method may be deducted from the affiliate's earnings.
5. Promotional Guidelines
5.1. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with PixicAI in all promotional materials. 5.2. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in spam, misleading advertising, or any illegal promotional activities. 5.3. The use of PixicAI's trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material must comply with our brand guidelines.
6. Term and Termination
6.1. The affiliate agreement is effective upon approval and continues until terminated by either party. 6.2. PixicAI reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for violation of these terms or for any reason deemed detrimental to the company. 6.3. Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice.
7. Modifications to the Program
7.1. PixicAI may modify the terms of the Affiliate Program at any time. 7.2. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes to the program terms. 7.3. Continued participation in the program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Liability and Indemnification
8.1. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold PixicAI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Affiliate Program. 8.2. PixicAI is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by affiliates in connection with the program.
9. Confidentiality
9.1. Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by PixicAI. 9.2. The use of confidential information for any purpose other than participation in the Affiliate Program is strictly prohibited.
10. Compliance with Laws
10.1. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 10.2. Affiliates must comply with data protection and privacy laws when collecting and processing personal information.
By participating in the PixicAI Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
