Payment Method & Refund Policy for PixicAI

At PixicAI, we strive to make your payment experience as smooth and secure as possible. We currently accept payments through two widely trusted payment providers: Stripe and PayPal. This policy outlines the details of our payment methods, processes, and important information for our users.

Subscription Payments:

For monthly or yearly subscriptions, payments will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle. You can update your payment method at any time in your account settings.

One-Time Payments for PowerPacks: PowerPack purchases are one-time payments and will be charged immediately upon confirmation of your order. Remember, you must have an active Free or Paid Plan subscription to purchase PowerPacks.

Currency

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

Payment Security

We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely through our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again over the next few days. You will be notified of any failed payments, and your account access may be limited until the payment is successfully processed.

Refunds and Trial Period

As a digital service, PixicAI does not issue refunds for purchases or subscriptions. However, we offer a 7-day trial period for all new users to experience our premium features before committing to a paid plan. During this trial period, you can explore all the capabilities of our app without any charges. After the trial period ends, you can choose to subscribe to a premium (paid) plan or continue with our free plan options. We encourage all users to take advantage of the trial period to ensure our service meets their needs before subscribing to a paid plan.

Changing Payment Methods

You can update your preferred payment method at any time in your account settings. For subscriptions, any changes will apply to your next billing cycle. Receipts and Invoices:

A receipt will be emailed to you for every successful payment. You can also access your payment history and download invoices from your account dashboard.

International Transactions

Please note that international transaction fees may apply, depending on your card issuer or bank.

Payment Disputes

If you notice any discrepancies in your charges, please contact our support team at hey@pixic.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or PayPal.

Taxes

Depending on your location, applicable taxes may be added to your purchase. We comply with all relevant tax regulations and will provide necessary tax information on your invoices.
