# Payment Policy **Last updated:** July 2025 This Payment Policy outlines the terms regarding purchases, payments, billing, refunds, and related processes on Pixic. ## 1. Pricing and Currency All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe, accepting major credit and debit cards. ## Subscriptions & Billing Automatic Renewal: All premium monthly subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. ## Subscription cancelation **Paid Subscriptions:**To cancel your paid subscription, navigate to: Workspace > Billing. In Billing Overview select Change Plan and select Muse (Free Plan). This will cancel your premium subscription and replace it with a free subscription. **User account termination**: To terminate your Pixic user account, send an email to hey@pixic.ai and request account termination. The email must contain your first and last name and email address associated with registration. After receiving your request, we will delete your account at Pixic, this will delete all your personal data, payment history, subscription details and all generated content. ### Free Trials: We offer a 2-day free trial on all premium monthly subscriptions. You will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial period ends. ## 3. Powerpack Purchases ** Powerpack credits are one-time purchases and do not expire. ** Powerpack credits are non-refundable except where required by law. ## 4. Refund Policy Purchases of digital products, including subscriptions and Powerpacks, are generally non-refundable. We understand that circumstances may arise. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we determine a refund is appropriate, we will process it without hesitation. To request a refund, contact us at hey@pixic.ai with your account and transaction details. ## 5. Invoices & Receipts All invoices and receipts are automatically sent to the email address associated with your account upon successful payment. Custom invoices for business or enterprise subscriptions are available upon request. ## 6. Taxes Pixic does not collect or charge taxes on purchases, pursuant to Delaware law. ## 7. Failed Payments If your payment method is declined, Stripe will retry the payment automatically. If payment remains unsuccessful, your access to the relevant subscription plan will be suspended at the end of the billing period until payment is resolved. ## 8.
